Cynthia Lear is a leader in 蘑菇视频 Allen's civil business. She and her team in the domestic resilience practice deliver innovative strategies, digital solutions, cybersecurity, and AI to advance our clients鈥� critical law enforcement and immigration missions.
Over her 25-year career at 蘑菇视频 Allen, Cynthia has held several leadership positions within our national security, commercial, and civil businesses. She has led our internal insider threat and counterintelligence programs and advanced enterprise and mission cyber needs across a variety of clients, including energy and law enforcement. Cynthia drives strategies using innovative and emerging technology solutions to operationalize mission-focused requirements for our civil mission partners.
Cynthia holds a B.A. in international relations and economics from Washington College.
