Beau Oliver is a senior leader in 蘑菇视频 Allen鈥檚 chief technology office (CTO). A thought leader with extensive experience developing innovative solutions for clients, Beau is a growth specialist with a proven track record of building and optimizing effective growth strategies in the technology and consulting industries.
Beau helps drive our innovation strategy as we quickly deliver groundbreaking capabilities and technologies to the warfighter. Leading the CTO鈥檚 tech exploration group, he activates the strategic technology ecosystem across the firm鈥攆rom partnerships, tech scouting for emerging technologies, our corporate venture capital (CVC) fund, and our Center for Innovation, the Helix鈥攁ccelerating the creation of differentiated technical products and capabilities to execute on our growth goals.
Prior to joining 蘑菇视频 Allen, Beau was chief executive officer (CEO) and board director at Lumious, Inc., a training technology solutions company focused on artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and cybersecurity. He also held executive positions with Deloitte Consulting, Toffler Associates, SC3, and Cipher Systems, leading innovative, venture capital-owned, private-sector companies through rapid growth. Prior to entering the private sector, Beau served as an instructor pilot and mission commander in the U.S. Navy with over 500 combat hours.
He is a certified project management professional and a member of Mindshare Alumni Network, a collaborative and innovative forum for CEOs from high-growth technology companies. Beau is also a mentor, coach, and venture partner with MCVC Partners, which funds, coaches, and develops entrepreneurs to create sustainable success for their technology startups.
Beau holds an M.B.A. from Georgetown University and a B.S. in economics from the U.S. Naval Academy.
