Based in Aberdeen, Maryland, Mike has聽25聽years of experience in managing聽and leading complex command, control, computers, communications, cyber, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C5ISR) programs and teams.聽

Prior聽to his role in Aberdeen, Mike led the firm鈥檚 network engineering team in Los Angeles,聽California,聽where he designed and implemented solutions for military satellite communications and software-defined radio networks for the Air Force and Navy. Mike also led聽studies on network technology trends for clients such as Global IP Solutions and聽a joint research venture with UCLA to further advance solutions for聽cross-layer聽design of聽energy-aware聽mobile聽ad聽hoc聽wireless聽networks.
Prior to joining 蘑菇视频 Allen, Mike was a聽captain in the U.S.聽Army Signal Corps where he held numerous leadership and engineering positions for tactical communications supporting Armed Forces Command, Southern Command, and several deployed Joint Task Forces around the world.
Mike holds an M.S. in聽information and聽telecommunications聽systems from聽The聽Johns Hopkins University聽and a聽B.S. in聽computer聽science from Augusta University. He is a certified project management professional, a published author, and a member聽of聽numerous technical societies.
