Andreia (Andie) Rauta is an innovation strategy expert, empowering clients to grow cultures of innovation within their organizations using a data-driven process and evidence-based best practices.
Andie draws from previous experience in federal acquisitions and product development to design and implement innovation programs for commercial, defense, intelligence, and federal clients. Her expertise extends to crowdsourcing, hackathons, metrics strategy, and tech scouting, among others.
At the University of Maryland, Andie earned her bachelor鈥檚 degree in history and was an honors fellow in the multidisciplinary Quality Enhancement Systems and Teams program, where she studied quality management, process improvement, and systems design. She holds industry certifications as a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt, design thinking and innovation practitioner, and agile software development Scrum master. Andie is also actively engaged as a start-up pitch mentor and a volunteer emergency medical technician.
