Mark Gaumond joined 蘑菇视频 Allen鈥檚 board in 2011 and has more than 35 years of experience working with senior management and audit committees of public and privately held companies. He held senior positions with Ernst & Young LLP from 2002 to 2010, retiring from the firm as senior vice chair for the Americas. Previously, Mark was a partner with a distinguished 27-year career at Andersen LLP.聽
Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and currently serves as a director for First American Funds. Mark formerly served as a director for Cliffs Natural Resources, Inc., Rayonier, Inc., and Rayonier Advanced Materials, Inc., and is a former trustee of the California Academy of Sciences.聽
Mark holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from New York University.聽聽
Mark is chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Executive Committee.
