The GSA鈥檚 next-generation GWAC, Alliant 2, is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) offering worldwide comprehensive and flexible IT solutions.听 Alliant 2 provides federal agencies with all components of an integrated information technology (IT) solution, including existing new technologies that may emerge during the contract鈥檚 lifecycle and IT systems and services.听

The scope of Alliant 2 leverages leading-edge technologies (LETs) and is designed to stay current with the evolving Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA), providing customers with the latest technology innovations. Overview of HCaTS

The General Services Administration (GSA) and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) collaborated on the HCaTS vehicle to better address and respond more effectively and efficiently to the federal government鈥檚 human capital and training challenges. HCaTS allows federal agencies to procure customized human capital, training, and organizational performance improvement solutions from a list of pre-qualified vendors. The contract allows for all contract types (e.g., Firm Fixed Price, Cost-Reimbursement, Time and Materials /Labor-Hour) with the ability to combine contract types within a task order.

To further drive cost competitiveness, there are no pre-established labor rates for competitive task orders, and rates are established for each task order. Labor rates will be established for all competitive task orders and will be based on the task requirements, market conditions, and skills required for individuals necessary to complete the requested work.

It include services and incidental hardware/software, for customer requirements that vary across the entire spectrum of existing and future technical environments with a base ordering period of five years with one five-year option period.
