McLean, VA聽 鈥� 蘑菇视频 Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation (NYSE: BAH) (鈥�蘑菇视频 Allen鈥�) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, 蘑菇视频 Allen Hamilton Inc. (the 鈥�Issuer鈥�), has priced $650 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.950% Senior Notes due 2035 (the 鈥�Notes鈥�). The offering is expected to close on March 14, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of certain closing conditions. 蘑菇视频 Allen will fully and unconditionally guarantee the Notes on a senior unsecured basis.
The Issuer intends to use the net proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes and to repay short-term borrowings outstanding under the Revolving Credit Facility (which were used primarily for open market repurchases of 蘑菇视频 Allen鈥檚 shares).
