Andrew Larson is a senior leader in Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Allen’s climate and infrastructure business. He focuses on developing digital transformation and IT modernization strategies and working closely with clients to implement them. Andrew applies modern technologies in cloud computing, modern software development, and artificial intelligence and machine learning to meet our clients’ most pressing mission needs.
Andrew has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, including 18 years in technology consulting. He has led large technical delivery teams, directly overseeing large-scale, mission-critical digital transformation programs for both federal agencies and commercial clients.
Prior to joining Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Allen, Andrew was an account director at SAIC, where he was responsible for the development of the company’s IT services business at the Department of Commerce. He also oversaw IT and professional services programs across multiple federal civilian agencies.
Earlier in his career, Andrew spent more than a decade working internationally across East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Europe, with a focus on Japanese business. During this time, he founded and managed an IT services startup in Japan, formed partnerships with Indian IT services providers, and led trade delegations to Japan.
Andrew is a graduate of the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) Partners Program, and he currently oversees Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Allen’s participation in ACT-IAC professional development programs, conferences, and events.
Andrew holds a B.A. in history from Bates College and an M.S. in information systems technology from the George Washington University School of Business.
