In conjunction with the Partnership for Public Service, we assessed what exponential technologies can and cannot do at present and identified key considerations to help accelerate adoption. Our report, Cracking the Code: Harnessing the Exponential Power of Technology, provides insights that agencies can use to acquire these technologies through flexibilities in purchasing rules, overcome implementation challenges, and communicate benefits to achieve maximum employee buy-in.聽

While substantial improvements in operations and customer service have already been realized, the government has only begun to capitalize on the innovative opportunities made possible through exponential technologies.
