Jessica Wilson is program manager for Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Allen’s Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) support. She has 26 years of experience overseeing and delivering support and solutions to the Department of Defense using strong relationships within the Air Force, including the Office of Air Force Logistics Resource Integration, Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Sustainment Center, and the Air Logistics Complexes.
Her teams provide comprehensive portfolio management for platform sustainment and modernization as well as tailored solutions for DCGS and other client projects in and outside of the continental U.S. She’s also responsible for formulating long-range strategic growth initiatives, including new market entry and expansion of services offered to current clients. Prior to joining Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Allen, Jessica was with Northrop Grumman, where she led large business development efforts and built a sales pipeline of more than $2 billion.
Above and beyond her leadership duties, Jessica's passion lies in the pursuit and delivery of continual process improvement for organizations, whether implementing Lean/Six Sigma, Agile, introducing new business models and technology, designing Software as a Service applications, or implementing new program controls.
Jessica managed a winning mayoral campaign for Chuck Shaheen in Warner Robins, Georgia, where she supervised marketing, completed fiduciary reports, wrote debate speeches, and strategized media plans.
She has served on the Board of Directors for the Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins and as membership chair for the Robins Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Jessica has earned certificates, including Scaled Agile SAFe® 5 Government Practitioner, Advanced Strategy Program from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Project Management Institute Project Management Professional certification.
Jessica received a B.S. in finance from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A. from Mercer University.
