Mark W. (Wes) Haga is a senior solutions architect with more than 30 years of experience managing and architecting multidomain, enterprise-level platforms, systems, and environments. Wes provides thought leadership to our technical teams enabling development, testing, and implementation of enterprise digital and information technology (IT) systems including applications across all warfighting domains with a focus on intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), as well as offensive and defensive cyber capabilities.
His primary focus is command, control, computers, communications, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR). He leads teams of ISR-electronic and digital warfare experts to conduct research and development, engineering, integration, testing, and fielding of developed capabilities. His teams support clients across the services, service laboratories, and organizations across intelligence community.
Wes delivers technical transformation across global missions to ensure that warfighter communications are secured, encrypted, and accredited to optimize efficiency and reduce sustainment costs. His most challenging—yet rewarding—project has been the ongoing modernization of the Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS). He has helped lead the effort since the initial overhaul of the IT-based, software-extensive weapon system, rebuilding it into an open architecture platform while consolidating regional data centers and designing new system sustainment capabilities.Â
Prior to joining Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Allen, Wes was a senior Air Force and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) leader at Langley Air Force Base and the Air Force Research Lab. At DIA, he served as chief scientist for the Office of Data and Infrastructure under the chief information officer’s Engineering Directorate.
Wes is a Defense Acquisition University Level III certified engineer. He has a B.S. in computer and information science from Troy University and two associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
